Joe is a certified personal trainer. His fitness knowledge and techniques/approaches he uses are corrective exercises, sports specific training, strength training and weight loss & muscle gain with clients.
When it comes to holistic health, we are looking beyond the physical body and are addressing physical, emotional, social, spiritual and mental well-being. It is very important to Joe because he believes it all starts with the mind and with positive energy. His goal for client's is to gain confidence and self-love.
Joe's passion to become a fitness and health expert is very important to him because he enjoys working hands on and providing knowledge to help accomplish his client’s goals.
Joe loves helping people with their fitness needs because it is a great feeling knowing the fact that he was apart of the start of a new chapter, lifestyle and watching the improvement of a client's mental and physical well-being.
A dramatic impact he has had with a client was helping one of his clients lose over 50 pounds. She had no experience or knowledge with operating weights or machines. She now works out on her own five to six days a week, before working with her she was very insecure and felt very low in life at the time. She now travels and loves helping people get started with their fitness journey.
In his spare time, Joe enjoys spending time with family and love to BBQ for friends and family. He loves feeding the homeless and I enjoy going to community events and building relationships.
