MEET JACKSON
Fitness Expert

Jackson is a San Antonio native who played soccer throughout his entire life, starting at 4 years old. He played throughout college at the University of the Incarnate Word and Southwestern University. During those years, he also coached younger soccer players to give back to the sport he had loved so much. After graduating from Southwestern University in 2021 with a B.A. in Kinesiology, Jackson became part of the coaching staff for the men's soccer team as a goalkeeper coach. He coached for two seasons and gained a deep appreciation for coaching and helping others improve and reach their goals, after having spent the greater part of his life as an athlete.
In 2023, Jackson decided to return to San Antonio to pursue his master’s at the University of Texas at San Antonio. During his time at UTSA, he worked in the Applied Biomechanics Research Lab as a research assistant, contributing to several studies and gaining an in-depth look at what it takes to complete a research project. He graduated with his M.S. in Kinesiology in 2024 and still had the desire to coach and support others. Shortly after graduating, Jackson became a NASM-certified personal trainer and has since been dedicated to learning and growing in order to become a better coach. His goal is to ensure the people he serves are not only confident in themselves but also confident in him as their coach to help them reach their goals.
Jackson also enjoys playing sports and staying as active as possible. In his free time, he likes to play soccer, volleyball, and golf, as well as run and cycle. He’s always looking for new ways to keep his body moving. He also enjoys spending time with his dog, going to concerts, and being with friends and family.
