Julia earned her master's degree in social work from the University of Denver and recently obtained her license as a Licensed Master of Social Work.

Previously she worked as a childcare advocate, helping children who have been impacted by domestic violence to safe and healthy coping, communication, and boundary skills. Julia was also an inpatient substance use therapist, treating individuals with Dual Diagnoses through individual and group therapy. She has a background working with substance use, trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and depression.

Julia is dedicated to guiding individuals on their journey of self-discovery. She always believed in the transformative power of understanding oneself. Many of her approaches are rooted in empowering clients to recognize and reframe their thoughts and behaviors. It is her goal to help clients explore their beliefs and patterns, providing them with the tools to challenge negative thinking and cultivate healthier habits while maintaining a safe, supportive environment.

Julia is honored to walk alongside individuals as they embark on a transformative path of self-discovery, guiding them toward a more authentic and fulfilling life. She has witnessed the profound connection between emotional and physical health. Together, we can utilize skills like mindfulness, breath work, or imagery to bridge the connection between the physical and emotional self.

Aiding individuals on a path to recovery has become a great joy in her life. Julia believes that every individual deserves the right to health and wellness, which is why she is pursing her LCSW. With that certification, she will continue to be able to advocate for clients, provide services, and further support the community.

You do not need to change who you are; Julia is here to help you change the way you feel about yourself.
