Small Group Training
If you are already working out, but need help with your nutrition, and don't mind working out with other like minded individuals, this is the program for YOU.

Flexible training hours. Open from 5 AM to 10 PM M-F and 8 AM to 4 PM Sat.
Access to private Fit Members page for motivation, recipes, at home workouts and more.
24/7 text to trainer for support & accountability
