Personal Training

If you have not worked out in 6 months or more, not sure how to eat right for your body, and overwhelmed,  this is the program for YOU. 

Small Group Training

If you are already working out, but need help with your nutrition, and don't mind working out with other like minded individuals, this is the program for YOU. 

Membership Benefits Include:

1, 3, 6 or 12 month memberships

Stress relief group every 2nd & 4th Thursday of each month. 

Flexible training hours. Open from 5 AM to 10 PM M-F and 8 AM to 4 PM Sat. 

Access to private Fit Members page for motivation, recipes, at home workouts and more.
