My job hurts my back, and many in my field develop serious back and neck issues with time. I wanted to be proactive. My biggest concern was building strength. I tried working out on my own, however I did not want to do exercises incorrectly and cause damage. Many online programs you can find on youtube are wonderful, but at my level I did not want to do a workout that was too advanced and become so sore I could not work the next day. My personal trainer Patricia Brown gave me a personalized plan and helped me gain confidence in my abilities. She is so encouraging and fun to work out with. She helped me build a solid foundation with good technique and slowly started challenging me in approachable steps. I have achieved many of my initial fitness goals, and I have come to love working out. I cant recommend Fit Therapy of Texas and Patricia enough.
