WILL PERSONAL TRAINING WORK FOR ME?

Personal Training at Fit Therapy of Texas in San Antonio is our signature service.  At Fit Therapy of Texas, our focus is helping you reach your fitness goals in a friendly, inviting atmosphere.  With personal training, you will have 1-on-1 sessions anywhere from 2 to 6 days per week.
