What attracted you to Fit Therapy of Texas/What motivated you to join Fit Therapy of Texas?
I had been looking for a fitness program / thinking about weight loss, and I saw your ad on Facebook. It was convenient for me in both time and location so I joined. I was attracted to the personal training aspect because I feel unmotivated when I go to the gym by myself. Being in a small group with an instructor helps to keep me motivated.
How do you feel now compared to when you started training at Fit Therapy of Texas?
I feel so much stronger and healthier.
How has Fit Therapy of Texas helped you reach your goals?
Regular exercise and changes to my diet have helped me to lose weight and inches. Also-- I have chronic pain in my joints, and the strength training has diminished this! I am now able to take stairs without pain and have much more stamina overall.
What advice would you give to a person looking to join Fit Therapy of Texas?
It's fantastic and you should do it. Be sure to focus on your diet which is something like 80% of weight loss; exercise alone is not enough.
