How to Make Homemade Guacamole


We are in a cooking mood...and have whipped up some yummy guacamole as a snack.

You will need the following ingredients to make this snack: 1 avocado, 1 tablespoon of mayo, 1-2 tablespoon of pico de gallo, and 1 lemon.

Here are the steps to make the guacamole:

Step 1: Cut up avocado and place in bowl then smash gently

Step 2: Add 1 tablespoon of mayo, 1-2 tablespoons of pico de gallo and squeeze half a lemon to bowl. Smash all together gently.

Step 3: Enjoy! Eat with blue corn chips or crackers.
