5 A+ Foods to add to your diet

Eating healthy is the best choice to make for your diet as it helps clean toxins from your body, provides energy and prevents future diseases. To ensure you are making healthy food choices, consider adding the following 5 A+ foods to your diet:

 

 

1. SALMON is a good source of protein and excellent source of vitamin D. Salmon also reduces the risk of depression, increases cardiovascular health and improves sleep.  

 
​​2.KALE is an excellent source of Vitamin C & Vitamin K. Kale also helps with losing weight, fights cancer, and can help with lowering cholesterol.


3. SPINACH is a very nutrient dense food. It is low in calories and high in vitamins, minerals and other phytonutrients. Spinach helps with gastrointestinal problems, protective against eye disease and an excellent sources of iron.


4. GROUND CHICKEN can help you to achieve weight loss and keep your hair and nails looking shiny and healthy.


5. EGG WHITES are a good source of protein, and they also contain a number of essential vitamins and minerals and relatively few calories.
