2. Satisfy your sweet tooth naturally Example: fruit

3. Keep your body moving

4. Drink plenty of Water

5. Eat every 2-3 hours

6. Try to incorporate a fat & protein in each meal

7. Keep the food items out of reach

8. Get enough sleep

9. Add spices to your food example: nutmeg, cinnamon

10. Don’t substitute Artificial sweeteners for sugar
