MEET EVYN
Fitness Expert at Fit Therapy of Texas

I hold a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Exercise Physiology and am CPR and AED certified through NASM and AFAA powered by ASTI, My academic background and clinical exposure have equipped me with a strong foundation in human movement science, performance, and long-term health development.
My coaching integrates strength training, functional movement, corrective exercise principles, mobility work, and athletic performance training. I design personalized programs based on each individual’s goals, physical history, and lifestyle demands. I emphasize lifestyle-based coaching to ensure results are sustainable rather than short term. My approach is structured, progressive, and grounded in movement quality.
I take a holistic view of fitness. Exercise is only one component of overall wellness. Movement quality, recovery, stress management, and daily habits are equally important. Working alongside chiropractors and physical therapists has significantly shaped my perspective, reinforcing the importance of injury prevention, proper mechanics, and integrated care. I prioritize building strength and mobility while supporting habits that promote long term health.
My passion for fitness began early. I have been involved in sports since the age of three and have experienced both peak performance and serious injury. Those experiences influenced my commitment to helping others train safely, recover properly, and remain active for life. I am dedicated to continuing my education in health and healing so I can apply that knowledge to better serve my community.
I find fulfillment in helping people feel stronger, healthier, and more confident. Watching clients progress, regain trust in their bodies, and achieve measurable outcomes is the most rewarding part of my work. One example includes working with a client who had Type 2 diabetes. Over nine months of consistent training and lifestyle adjustments, their health markers improved significantly, and they transitioned into a much lower diabetic range through disciplined effort and structured support.
Outside of coaching, I enjoy hiking, strength training, cooking healthy meals, painting, thrifting, and herbal gardening.
