You don’t have to keep pushing through alone

You’re carrying a lot: work stress, family pressure, and major life transitions. Therapy can help you feel steady, clear, and like yourself again.

This isn’t just stress. It’s the pressure of trying to keep it all together.

You’re always “on” even when you’re exhausted

You replay conversations over and over

You feel like you’re managing everything alone

You’ve been doing your best. But that doesn’t mean you don’t need help. Therapy gives you space to breathe, tools to feel better, and the support you’ve been missing.

Therapy that helps you think better, feel better, and do better

Recognize and change your thought patterns

Learn how your thoughts affect how you feel and respond & how to shift them when they’re not helping

Talk through what’s going on and find what works

You don’t have to relive everything. We help you focus on what’s going well and how to build on that

Set boundaries and feel more in control

We guide you in building confidence, saying what you need, and letting go of guilt when you put yourself first

✅ Simple strategies      ✅ Real progress    ✅ Practical support that fits your life

If you’ve been feeling off, this is for you.

"I didn’t want to just vent. I wanted to actually feel better. That’s exactly what happened." — Client, age 37

Frequently Asked Questions

1. What can I expect in my first session?

Your first session is a chance to talk about what’s going on and what you want to change. You don’t have to prepare anything or explain everything. We’ll listen, ask helpful questions, and start building a plan that feels right for you.

2. Do I have to talk about my past the whole time?

Not at all. We focus on what’s happening now and what you want your life to look like moving forward. If your past shows up in ways that matter, we’ll talk about it. But you’re always in control of what you share.

3. What kind of therapy do you use?

We use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). This means we’ll help you understand your patterns, take action when you feel stuck, and build on what’s already working in your life. You’ll walk away with practical tools, not just conversation.

4. How much does it cost?

Private pay rates are $160 for the first session and $120 for each ongoing session. We also accept Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and United Healthcare. Our team will help verify your insurance before your first appointment.

5. I’ve never done therapy before. Is that okay?

Yes. Most of our clients are new to therapy. You don’t have to know what to say or what to do. We’ll guide you through it, keep it simple, and make sure you feel heard and supported from day one.

You’ve done it all alone long enough

Let us help you feel steady, supported, and strong again
