LEGS
Hustle for those leg muscles, it's leg day!!! This workout consists of strengthening and conditioning legs with a fitness expert right by your side! Expect to have a proper warm up before going into the workout, full demonstrations and instructions on all the exercises, and tons of motivation. Our main focus is to strengthen the quads, hamstrings, glutes, and calves. You’ll leave feeling stronger than ever!
Times: Monday at 5 AM, 6 AM, 9:30 AM, 5:30 PM, and 630 PM

ARMS & ABS
It’s time to pump those arms up and flex those abs with arms and ab day! During this workout, you’ll have a combination of working through the biceps and triceps with the abdominals and obliques. The trainer will warm the group with a few exercises and then demonstrate and go through the rest of the workout. This day is all about toning up those arms and abs! Your trainer will be by you in case there are any questions and to motivate you too!
Time: Tuesday at 5 AM, 6 AM, 9:30 AM, 5:30 PM, and 630 PM
FULL BODY
Wednesdays are one of our favorite days to sweat. You are halfway through your week and you need a good detox from all the stress from work or just life in general. We are here to help with this full body, no part untouched, workout, guaranteed to get your heart pumping. You will definitely sweat a lot, laugh a little, and feel that stress melt away as you push through this tough workout designed to jumpstart your metabolism and give all your muscles some love.
Times: Wednesday at 5 AM, 6 AM, 9:30 AM, 5:30 PM, and 630 PM

BACK & CHEST
Are you ready to feel stronger after back and chest day??? Then Wednesday’s are the day for you! On Wednesday’s our main focus is to strengthen and tone up the upper body with a mixture of back and chest exercises. Your fitness expert will give you a warm up and then demonstrate and go over the rest of the workout. At the end, the trainer will provide a creative and fun finisher to add some conditioning! You’ll be feeling lean and mean after finishing this group workout!
Times: Thursday at 5 AM, 6 AM, 9:30 AM, 5:30 PM, and 630 PM


SHOULDERS & ABS
Fridays are for the shoulders and abs! Get ready for your weekend by toning up your core and strengthening those shoulders! The routine will consist of a combination of mobility and strengthening exercises for the abdominals and rotator cuff areas. All the exercises will be demonstrated by your fitness expert and you’ll have motivation and proper cues throughout the entire workout! Be prepared to put in some work!
Times: Friday at 5 AM, 6 AM, and 9:30 AM

CARDIO CONDITIONING
It’s time to burn it out and feel toned up with our cardio group workouts. Conditioning days are great for the mind, body, and soul! There are so many benefits that come from cardiorespiratory fitness such as improving endurance, flexibility, and overall feeling healthier. During this routine, your trainer will go through a proper warm up and then perform demonstrations of all the exercises. Motivation, modifications, and cues will all be delivered throughout the routine in case there are any questions! Trust me, you’ll feel great and thank yourself later after this workout!!!
