Mondays are all about focusing on two key muscle groups: your chest and abs. Our group fitness expert will start by leading you through a thorough warm-up to prepare your body for an intense session. They'll guide you through a series of targeted exercises designed to build and define your chest and abs. The group fitness expert will introduce a fun and challenging finisher to enhance your conditioning. By the end of this dedicated workout, you'll feel a significant improvement in your chest and abs, leaving you with a sense of accomplishment and a step closer to your fitness goals. Get ready to strengthen your back and sculpt those biceps on Tuesday's back and biceps workout! This specialized session is all about targeting and toning these specific muscle groups. Our dedicated group fitness expert will start the session with a dynamic warm-up routine to prepare your muscles for action. Throughout the workout, you'll engage in a series of exercises designed to build strength and definition in your back and biceps. From rows to curls, our fitness expert will guide you through each movement, ensuring proper form and technique. You won't be alone in this journey; our fitness expert will be there to answer any questions and provide the motivation you need to push yourself to the limit. Join us for a powerful back and biceps workout and watch those muscles grow stronger and more defined!

Wednesdays are one of our favorite days to sweat. You are halfway through your week and you need a good detox from all the stress from work or just life in general. We are here to help with this full body, no part untouched, workout, guaranteed to get your heart pumping. You will definitely sweat a lot, laugh a little, and feel that stress melt away as you push through this tough workout designed to jumpstart your metabolism and give all your muscles some love.

Hustle for those leg muscles, it's leg day!!! This workout consists of strengthening and conditioning legs with a fitness expert right by your side! Expect to have a proper warm up before going into the workout, full demonstrations and instructions on all the exercises, and tons of motivation. Our main focus is to strengthen the quads, hamstrings, glutes, and calves. You’ll leave feeling stronger than ever!

Fridays are for the shoulders and abs! Get ready for your weekend by toning up your core and strengthening those shoulders! The routine will consist of a combination of mobility and strengthening exercises for the abdominals and rotator cuff areas. All the exercises will be demonstrated by your fitness expert and you’ll have motivation and proper cues throughout the entire workout! Be prepared to put in some work!

Get ready to ignite your fitness journey with our High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) sessions! It's time to burn it out and feel toned up with our cardio group workouts. These conditioning days are not just about physical transformation; they're an experience that benefits your mind, body, and soul. Our HIIT sessions are designed to improve your cardiorespiratory fitness, enhancing endurance, flexibility, and overall well-being. Your dedicated fitness expert will kick things off with a thorough warm-up and guide you through each exercise with clear demonstrations. Throughout the routine, you'll receive motivation, modifications, and helpful cues to ensure you're getting the most out of your workout. Trust us, once you've completed this HIIT session, you'll not only feel great but also thank yourself later for taking a step toward a healthier, more energized you!

  • Can I come workout without a trainer?
    No, since we are a members only, private training facility, and everything is by appointment, group training times are set per day and week to attend.
  • How fast will I see results?
    It does vary from person to person. If you stick to your plan though, it can take anywhere from four to five weeks to start noticing change. The key is to be consistent and patient, if you stick to your plan provided by your trainer, the results will come.
  • Are you able to work with individuals who have limitations such as knee problems or back injuries etc.?
    Absolutely! All our fitness experts have maintained their degrees in the exercise field and have years of experience working with people that have different kinds of needs. They are more than qualified to help you work around those limitations by modifying exercises as needed.
  • Do you accept insurance for fitness?
    Unfortunately, we do not. But come in for a fitness consultation, to see what workout program works best for you and your budget!
  • Do you offer physical therapy?
    No, the services that we do offer are fitness, nutrition and mental health counseling. We are here to help you improve your relationship with your mind, body and food.
  • What if I haven’t exercised in a while or at all?
    That is okay, everybody must start somewhere! We work with people off all different fitness levels, the personal trainer will adjust the workouts to help accommodate you and your needs, you will be able to go at your own pace.
  • How do I know what exercise program works best for me?
    We recommend you schedule your complimentary transformation session, at this session you will meet with a fitness expert to help you determine which program is the best fit for you.
  • I am over 60 years old, will you still be able to work with me?"
    Of course. We work with and have experience with people of all ages. We are confident in being able to get you to your goals, no matter what your age is!
  • What is it like to participate in small group training at Fit Therapy of Texas?
    At Fit Therapy of Texas, we offer targeted body part training,an approach that focuses on a different body part each session.These workouts are staggered to give each muscle group time to recover before you rotate back to it, and you train more frequently over the week. All targeted body part training sessions are with a Fitness Expert/Personal Trainer in a small group setting, not to exceed 12 people per session. When you come to one of our targeted body part training sessions you will start with a 8- 10 minute warm up consisting of low intensity exercises followed by a body weight exercise to just get your whole body moving and to avoid injury throughout your workout. After your warm up, you will begin your three strength training workout circuits. Each circuit should take around 15 minutes depending on your level of fitness. After you have completed each circuit 3 times, you will have a finisher at the end to really get that heart rate up. The whole workout should take about an hour. Everyone goes at their own pace and the Fitness expert is there to motivate you, correct your form, and modify exercises if needed and make sure you don't get hurt!
