MEET SARAH

Fitness Expert at Fit Therapy of Texas

Sarah Osborn

Sarah attended the University of Texas at San Antonio and gained a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology. Along with her bachelor’s degree, Sarah has also earned her NASM personal training certification and American Cross CPR/AED certification.

As a personal trainer, she takes a supportive, results-driven approach that blends empathy with accountability. Sarah likes to meet clients where they are and help them build strong habits that support long-term health and strength. Her style is grounded in functional movement, core strength, injury prevention, and empowering clients to feel strong, confident, and capable. Sarah loves switching things up with circuit training, yoga, Pilates, boot camp, and more. It helps keep the workout fun, challenging and engaging. Sarah will tailor each program to the client’s unique goals, lifestyle, and abilities.

Getting healthier is not going to be a short-term fix. It's a new way to live your life, with new habits and new routines. That's not easy to do without help. Utilizing therapists, dietitians, and personal trainers is an approach that gives the best chance for real change and real success. What you think, what you eat, and how you move are the 3 things to get in order to become more healthier, inside and out.

Sarah knows first-hand how much exercise can help with depression and anxiety. It helped with her grief from my mother's passing last year. Obesity is a major factor for heart disease and stroke, and it's preventable. Sarah wants people to feel good about themselves, their lives, have a better quality of life, to be able to grow old without getting sick, and to be able to spend time with those they love most.

Recently trained a 65-year-old woman with many past injuries, including 2 broken hips, a broken shoulder, crushed left side due to car accident many years ago, and foot neuropathy in both feet, and used a cane for support when walking. Because of muscle atrophy and neuropathy she kept tripping and falling and hurting herself. After a month and a half with Sarah she's had no falls, and is able to get in and out of the pool with no help, and can walk without a cane! So proud of all her hard work. She told me she just wants to dance again so that's our next goal.

Hobbies include running, yoga and reading. Sarah plays bass guitar although she's still learning, love to paint, love building miniatures, and recently have become obsessed with plants. Sarah plans to grow with Fit Therapy and try to help as many people as she can.
