MEET YASMEEN

Fitness Expert at Fit Therapy of Texas

Yasmeen started her fitness journey back in 2013... a year after having her daughter. She was told that becoming a mom means “everything goes downhill from there.” Yasmeen wanted to show that it only becomes true if you let it. Not just when becoming a mom, but in anyone's health or wellbeing.

Yasmeen is a strength trainer who focuses on applied biomechanics and human performance. She has found that becoming stronger, adding muscle, and moving better makes a competent and resilient human being. With the help of aligned nutrition, healthy habits, and consistency we can get where we want. Her goal as a trainer is to help others reach their specific goals and maximize their individual results. Whether you want to look, move, feel, or perform better. She is here to take your training and progress to the next level!

 

Yasmeen's hobbies include spending time with my daughter, snowboarding, practicing Brazilian jiu-jitsu, or lifting weights in the gym.

Her long-term goal is to continue to grow and learn as a personal trainer and help solve problems faster.
