“If it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you”

Ana was born and raised in Tegucigalpa, Honduras, graduated from Texas A&M University (whoop!) with a degree in Sports Conditioning with a double minor in Neuroscience and Coaching.  Since then she has gotten multiple certifications including: Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT), Corrective Exercise Specialist (NASM-CES), Certified Nutrition Coach (NASM-CNC), and CPR/AED/First Aid.

As fitness leader and instructor in various gyms, Ana has worked with all ages and fitness levels, she has helped many achieve their goals by applying science and implementing functional movement systems to support lifestyle changes to reach their fitness and wellness goals.

Ana moved to San Antonio in 2021 with her dog, Kuki, and later on adopted her 2 cats, Kai and Luna! Her biggest hobbies outside of fitness are drawing and painting, skating (ice/roller/longboard), dancing, discovering new music and exploring new parts of San Antonio as well as Texas!

Ana is always looking to expand her knowledge listening to podcasts, reading books and journals, and staying up to date with certifications.

She is currently working on Certified Sports Nutrition Coach (NASM-CSNC), Certified Performance Enhancement Specialist (NASM - PES), and Physique and Bodybuilding Coach (NASM - PBC).

Ultimate goal is becoming a Physical Therapist where she can work with all ages and populations for one common goal - pain-free movement, wellness, & longevity!
