MEET LAUREN
Director of Client Services at Fit Therapy of Texas
Lauren graduated from Texas A&M University-Kingsville in December 2014 with her bachelor degree is Communications and minor in Music Education. She also has been a licensed Zumba instructor since 2011!

Since Lauren has been in the fitness industry, she has gained much perspective and knowledge about health and wellness and wants to continue to help people on a deeper level. Her overall goal is to be able to guide anyone who comes in our doors and be able to support them in any way for their needs. Lauren is ready to answer any questions you may have so you can be successful!

Along with her work life Lauren loves to travel! She is also a huge Spurs and Dallas Cowboys fan! She does prioritize her health and wellness, so she enjoys being in the gym, running or teaching Zumba! Family is very important to her as well, she wants to live a healthy life, so she can continue to be an active dog mom and wife!
