Recently, our team of counselors took part in a group fitness class to reinforce the connection between mental and physical health.

Our counselors recently stepped out of their comfort zones and into a group fitness class, embracing both the physical challenge and the team-building experience. The workout was a great experience, going behind the scenes of how our fitness experts work to push our clients to new limits while reinforcing the importance of perseverance and mental toughness.
