Taco Tuesday Recipe
Now you can live any day like it's Taco Tuesday!
Makes: 2 Tacos
Serving size: 1 Taco (Macros: 29 Protein/ 4.75g Fat/ 17.25g Carbs/ 9g Fiber)
§ 2 Mission Carb Balance Flour Tortillas (Fajita style)
(3g Protein/ 2g Fat/ 13g Carbs/ 9g Fiber)
§ 6oz Shredded Chicken Breasts
(40g Protein/ 1.5g Fat)
§ 28g Kraft Mexican Style Made with 2% Milk
(8g Protein/ 6g Fat/ 1g Carbs)
§ 76 g Chobani 0% Non-Fat Greek Yogurt
(7g Protein/ 3g Carbs)
§ 3tbs (45ml) Pace Chunky Salsa
(4.5g Carbs/ 1.5g Fiber/ 3g Sugar)
Generic brands can be substituted, just be sure to track them correctly!
Lightly spray skillet with 0 Calorie Olive Oil cooking spray.
Set to medium heat and add 6oz chicken with ¼ - ½ cup of water depending on desired consistency.
Add in seasoning. My favorites are ½ packet McCormick low sodium taco seasoning or Flavor God Taco Tuesday seasoning (added to taste).
Mix well and simmer for about 3 minutes.
Tip: Add shredded lettuce or spinach for added volume!
