Track the food you eat- You can use a food journal or I would recommend Myfitnesspal. It helps you know exactly what you are putting into your body. Also, it helps you become more aware of any bad eating habits that you need to change.
Get enough Sleep- Studies show that you should be getting 6-9 hours of sleep per night. I can not stress this enough on how importain sleep is for weight loss. Its a also a must for proper recovery and muscle growth.
