High Intensity Interval Training or H.I.I.T. is a great workout when your time is limited. It can be done quickly and is Great at scorching fat and maintaining lean muscle. H.I.I.T. is short bursts of very intense exercise followed by a longer period of rest in consecutive Intervals.
