Recipe: Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins
Ah...FALL. We love everything about you. The "cooler" weather, Pumpkin Spice Lattes, Fall boots and much more!
If you love Fall as much as we do, you must try these Pumpkin Chocolate Chip muffins! Even better, they have NO refined sugar, are gluten free and also dairy free!
The Recipe calls for:
1 cup canned pumpkin
1/2 cup oats
2 whole eggs
1/2 cup pure maple syrup
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbl natural peanut butter or almond butter
1 tsp Himalayan pink salt
1 tsp cinnamon
3/4 cup dairy free chocolate chips
1 tbl vanilla extract
Mix all dry ingredients very well, will be easier to use blender to mix. Then mix the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients well. Then add in the chocolate chips. Finish by adding ingredients into muffin pan. Bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes.
Once done baking, your ready to enjoy all the goodness!
