Recipe: Protein Rice Krispy


Are you a Rice Krispy fan!? If you answered, Yes then you must try this protein Rice Krispy recipe out. It’s a great way to treat yourself and get some protein in at the same time. It’s also a good way to sneak in some protein into your child's diet!

Ingredients:

2 scoops of vanilla protein

2 tbs butter

2 cups of rice crispy cereal

3 servings of mini marshmallows

1 TBS of sprinkles (optional)

Directions: In separate bowl mix the rice crispy cereal and the protein together. In another bowl melt the butter and marshmallows together. Then pour the cereal and protein into the bowl with butter and marshmallows and mix very well. Then pour into a sauce pan and press down onto to the layer looks even. Add the sprinkles on top if you want too. Then allow the bars to cool. After that cut them into about 9 slices.
